Memorial Drive Church of Christ
After the original church building suffered a fire, church leadership reached out to CJC for a new construction building. This 36,000 sf, new church building features a 600 seat auditorium, offices, fellowship spaces, kitchen, youth rooms & children’s education spaces. The project was completed under the design build delivery method.
Melody Court

Seneca Cayuga Tribe Early Childhood Center
This early child development center provides 8,600 sf of classroom space, including a FEMA storm shelter, a full commercial kitchen and a multipurpose room. There will be a 5,600 sf courtyard play-space with design aesthetics including an emphasis on natural materials and daylighting.
