Completed as a project under the Tulsa County Expo Square Master Plan, CJC worked with the Tulsa County Fairgrounds to complete their commercial kitchen space and offices. The kitchen serves as the preparation and cooking kitchen for the entire fair grounds. MEP systems were placed to accommodate the commercial kitchen equipment and necessary ventilation.
CJC Architects worked with Expo Square on this and multiple other projects on the site, coordinating the construction phases to reduce disruption to the large events scheduled year-round at the site. This project and most of the others utilized fast track design and construction phasing.
