Develop Bixby is an ongoing project in Downtown Bixby that was pioneered by restaurant concepts. It includes the rehabilitation of existing main street buildings for new retail and restaurant tenants. So far, CJC Architects has designed the renovations and tenant finish out projects for the Bixby Creamery, 1907 Cantina, Copper Key Coffee House, and the Bixby Icehouse.
