The Melody Lane project involved the rehabilitation of an existing dated and underutilized shopping center in Jenks. Completed in 2021, Melody Lane welcomes some amazing tenants to Jenks including Select Fitness, Jenks Martial Arts Academy, The Cape Brewing Company, and The Sports Armory.
Melody Lane is one of three commercial retail properties in Jenks that were started in 2020 and are currently 95% occupied with retail, office, and sports facilities. The melody district has helped transform a worn area within Jenks into a booming mercantile. The City of Jenks was so excited about this new district they granted the key to the city to one of the owners.
