Serving as the central hub for the Tribe’s governance, this facility provides a dignified and functional setting for council meetings, administrative operations, and community engagement.
The design reflects the UKB’s heritage and cultural identity while incorporating modern building systems to ensure long-term performance and efficiency. The layout features a dedicated council chamber, flexible meeting spaces, and secure offices for tribal leadership and staff.
Accessibility, life safety, and technology integration were key priorities, creating a facility that is welcoming, functional, and future-ready.
