The Tedford Insurance project is a commercial development in the heart of Downtown Jenks with frontages on E Main St. and N 2nd St. The roughly 30,000 sq. ft. scheme will see the construction of a new three-story structure, and the renovation of the former Jenks City Hall and adjacent structure, to provide new retail, office space, restaurants, and parking.
The ground floor of the development will feature approximately 11,000 sq.ft. of “white boxed” retail with a generous portion slated to become restaurant space. Linking the new and existing buildings will be a hardworking external core, which solves access and fire egress for all building tenants in addition to serving consumers and tenants entering from the East. The development will be enhanced with landscaping and improved parking surfaces to support future retail.
