The Tedford Insurance Development project is a commercial development in the heart of Downtown Jenks with frontages on E Main St. and N 2nd St. The roughly 30,000 sq. ft. scheme included the construction of a new three-story structure and the renovation of the former Jenks City Hall to provide new retail, office space, restaurants, and parking.
The ground floor of the development features approximately 11,000 sq.ft. of “white boxed” retail with a generous portion slated for restaurant space. Linking the new and existing buildings is a hardworking external core, which solves access and fire egress for all building tenants in addition to serving consumers and tenants entering from the East. The development is enhanced with landscaping and improved parking surfaces to support future retail.
