CJC Architects, Inc. worked on a Developer-Lead team to design this mixed-use property in Downtown Bixby, OK. The new construction property will feature public parking, over 16,000 ft.² of Class A retail and 132 apartments. Luxury amenities will include various tenant lounge areas, a dog wash station, bike storage, courtyard pool and dog run.
This development will be a catalyst for growth in the downtown area, offering a modern touch while still honoring the aesthetics of the historic downtown. The project team worked with the City of Bixby to ensure the development would best suit the needs of the community and tie into their downtown design standards.
