CJC Architects, Inc. completed design services for the Iconik Mixed-Use Development in downtown Bixby as part of a developer-led team with Red Dog Construction and Precision Equity. The 162,000-square-foot, $33 million project delivers a vibrant mixed-use destination featuring podium-deck parking with public spaces, more than 16,000 square feet of Class A retail, and 132 apartments.
The completed development serves as a catalyst for continued growth in the downtown district, blending modern design with the character of the historic area. The project team worked closely with the City of Bixby to ensure the project supports community needs and aligns with established downtown design standards.
