The Donald W. Reynolds Center facility is approximately 40,000 sq. ft. and contains a large gymnasium with elevated walking track, fitness area for exercise equipment, an aerobics studio, and meeting rooms for civic events. The facility is located adjacent to a small lake in the city park. The south side of the building has a large terrace that overlooks the lake.
CJC assisted the City of Seminole with programming, cost analysis, and a preliminary design for a grant application to the Donald W. Reynolds Foundation that was awarded to the city on 2008. After award of the grant, CJC provided full architectural services for the project including bid documents, construction documents, construction solicitation, construction administration, final inspection, and project closeout tasks.
