CJC Architects partnered in a design-build delivery to create the new ASCO Heavy Equipment Sales facility in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This modern, purpose-built facility is designed to showcase, service, and support ASCO’s full range of heavy equipment, with spaces tailored to both operational efficiency and customer experience.
The building features a spacious showroom, sales offices, and parts counters, paired with large-scale service bays capable of accommodating heavy machinery. Durable, low-maintenance materials were selected to withstand the demands of industrial use, while energy-efficient systems were integrated to reduce operational costs.
Site planning was a critical component, providing optimized circulation for large equipment deliveries, secure storage areas, and ample customer parking. The design supports ASCO’s commitment to quality service and positions the facility as a key hub for heavy equipment sales and support in the region.
