This design-build project replaced an existing retail center with a new store for Fiesta Pools and added adjacent lease space for additional tenants.
As the prime design consultant in this design-build project, CJC worked closely with the owner and builder to design the building exterior and interior to suit the project’s financial and functional requirements.
