ClimbTulsa is the premier climbing gym to open in Tulsa. Constructed using the design-build project delivery method, CJC Architects provided programming, architectural and interior design, construction documents, and construction administration services for the building.
This popular new destination for active Tulsans accommodates best of class top-rope and bouldering climbing walls. Careful coordination of the building design was required to accommodate the climbing walls which were manufactured and shipped from Bulgaria. 3D building information modeling was used to coordinate the building structure, mechanical, and electrical systems with the wall systems being manufactured oversees to ensure that the climbing walls would fit within the structure when they were delivered. Lighting and ventilation systems were carefully designed to provide adequate coverage across the full height of the climbing walls.
