As part of an on-call Architect/Engineering Service contract, CJC Architects provided A-E1 design build services for the facilities constructed in Broken Arrow and Muskogee. The State of Oklahoma procured these projects following DBIA best practices. As an A-E1, CJC was responsible for developing the criteria and requirement documents to be utilized by the design build teams to create their proposals. CJC then evaluated each team’s technical submissions based on the criteria documents. After selection of the design build team, CJC continued to evaluate the proposed solutions through the design and construction phases. CJC Architects provided staff at the project sites full-time throughout the duration of construction.
